វិធីបំបាត់មុន/ KHMER NATURAL REMEDY FOR ACNE

រុក្ខជាតិ/PLANT: សំបក​ចេក /​ Banana peel



វិធីធ្វើ/INSTRUCTION:

• លាងស្បែកអ្នកជាមួយទឹកត្រជាក់ ហើយជូតឲ្យស្ងួត
  • Wash your skin with cool water and dry with clean towel.
• ម៉ាស្សាស្បែកដែលមានមុនជាមួយសំបកចេកអោយបាន៥នាទី
  • Massage the affected skin area with the inside of the banana peel for 5 minutes
• ទុកចោល២០នាទីហើយលាងចេញ
  • Leave on for 20 minutes than rinse off with cool water.
• ធ្វើរបៀបនេះ២-៣ដងពេលក្នុងមួយថ្ងែ
  • Repeat this process 2-3 times per day
